About Us
We specialize in working with coaches, consultants and online business managers who are looking for guidance and support on business systems, building their teams or product development.
Having helped launch, build and manage more than 7 six-figure businesses in the past seven years, Tina Forsyth and Andrea J. Lee provide coaching and consulting services to business owners and their teams looking to expand their business growth in fun and sometimes unexpected ways.
Tina Forsyth
Tina’s first foray into the business world was at age 8, when she used her trusty tape recorder to create a radio commercial for her family’s rental business. (Funnily enough they didn’t use it.)
Since then, she has been a ‘Jill of all Trades’ working in everything from marketing to recruiting for businesses big and small. For the past six years she has helped to launch, build and manage over seven 6-figure online businesses.
She is author of Becoming an Online Business Manager: Playing a Bigger Role with your Clients (and Yourself) and co-author of Money Meaning and Beyond, Pink Spoon Marketing (both with Andrea Lee). Tina is a Partner in the Hot Skills VA Training program and creator of the new Certified Online Business Manager program.
Now CEO of OnlineBusinessManager.com, Tina trains, writes and consults in advanced online marketing and business systems for business owners and their support teams.
When you can drag her away from her computer you can find Tina at home in Lethbridge, Alberta with her husband Dan, daughters Samantha and Alexandra, and noisy cat Shadow.
You can reach Tina at tina@onlinebusinessmanager.com or read her blog at www.OnlineBusinessManager.com.
“Simply put, [Tina] is the best of class. She was serving as an OBM before anyone had ever heard of such a thing. She knows more about how to grow an online business than most online business owners. And, most importantly, she has the utmost integrity. She does what she says she’s going to do, and then some.”
– Michael Port, author of Book Yourself Solid
“Relentless practical and productive, Tina is the original online business bad-ass and the secret weapon of everyone I know.”
– Andy Wibbels, author of Blogwild! A Guide for Small Business Blogging
“Hiring Tina as a business manager is the best business decision I’ve ever made. She keeps me on track, energizes me with new ideas, and makes sure I follow through on those ideas. Tina also helps me communicate with all my employees and staff and keeps us on top of things. I’d say her services are priceless. Just the peace of mind it gives me to know that everything that needs to get done is getting done is worth her fee. I honestly don’t know how I ran my business before I made Tina part of it!”
– Gina Hiatt, www.AcademicLadder.com
“I am always amazed at the amount of information and value Tina holds. Whether it be an online resource I’m looking for, suggestion in how to continue with building my business, or general feedback related to the online world, Tina always amazes me with her brilliant ideas and suggestions. Her openness to sharing her knowledge and expertise is invaluable. She is truly my ‘google’.”

Cindy Greenway
Matchmaker and Connection Queen
Since the start of her business in 2003 Cindy has worked with highly respected and successful online entrepreneurs in implementing and managing technology, automating and streamlining various processes, overseeing and managing current marketing strategies, building a virtual team, and contributing to the development of new products, programs and services.
For several years via MultipleStreamsTeam.com, Cindy connected with online entrepreneurs to partner them with Virtual Assistants. During this time she spoke with 500+ business owners to learn about their needs, challenges and specific requirements of a virtual support professional. With this information she was able to connect business owners with a VA that matched what the business owner needed and introduce a new successful working relationship.
And she is at it again. As our lead recruiter with the Thrive Hiring System, Cindy connects virtual support professionals with business owners to build the virtual teams they need to grow their business.

Hi, Tina
I’ve just hired a part-time personal assistant who does some type of internet work from her home and she just learned from me about VAs. She’s interested in learning how to become one, and of course I said: “Only by studying, please! Do not just call yourself one!”
So, where would you send her? Do you have a VA training program?
And … how’s Tina? I hope all is going swimmingly well for you. Look forward to reconnecting next month.

Hi Tina & Team
I’m from Australia and am looking to venture into new areas to generate revenue. I am currently full time employed as a Marketing/Communications & Event Director, enjoy my job however I would like to venture into new things however do not have the time. I had my own marketing consultancy and found it far too much effort for the return.
I would like to develop an online business as this would free up my time and hopefully replace my income.I have just finished reading Tim Ferriss’s book 4hr work week which was full of great information.
Look forward to hearing from you.
