Great tip Tina. You know I’m 100% on board with this and getting people to stay with you is first dependent on hiring the RIGHT person and second creating a culture that people WANT to stay in.
Interestingly, I have a on & off again client who struggles with keeping good people. This client really doesn’t get that how she delegates burns out her team.

I love that – creating an environment that allows our team to grow and expand – and apart from having them stay with us longer, it allows them to be creative – which is to my advantage. I may get to discover all kinds of things they are great at that I wouldn’t have otherwise known.
It’s really about being a leader too – what you shared about working with Andrea – she allowed you to grow and expand beyond working with her. Takes a leader to do that!
