Since I read your post, Tina, every time I’m setting up a new product in 1SC, I want to come here and rant along with you! I HATE this new page – 1SC’s not exactly intuitive as it is, and I’m fairly techy – but this makes me want to pull my hair out. Grrr… don’t give me a ‘pretty’ page – give me something simple that works. Double grrr….

(ok, I feel a tiny bit better now…)

As a 1sc newbie, I thought I had inadvertently done something to screw up the setting … it is SO annoying!

I say you should inspire a revolt Tina! Twitter about it and copy 1SC.

On their website it says they were due for a “facelift”. Please. I really don’t see why it matters what the backend of a program like that looks like so long as it’s easily navigable and allows me to do what I need to do quickly.

I’m irritated about it too – the last thing I have time for is having to figure out how to find my way around something I’ve already gotten used to getting around!

I’m sure their thought is that the new “pretty” interface will deter people from noticing those little things that are still lame within their program – like the inability for us to set the time that a broadcast goes out or making us wait sometimes several hours to get an export of a list emailed.

They should really be focusing their efforts into fixing stuff like that in my opinion!
