On Monday I had the pleasure of being interviewed for the Savvy Momprenuer Telesummit.

My topic was ‘Ack! I Can’t Do It All On My Own Anymore…’, the heart of which is getting over the need to be the lone ranger and try to do everything yourself. As a business owner, you should be focused on doing the things that only you can do in your business – and hire people to do the rest for you. In other words, stop learning how to setup a webpage for your business and get focused on growing your biz instead! This is especially important for mompreneurs given the limited time that most of us have.

I’ve done my fair share of interviews and classes in the past few years, especially with the launch of my book last fall… and I have to say, this interview with the lovely MaryPat Kavanagh was one of the best calls i’ve had in a long time. It was just plain fun, and I hope valuable for the listeners as well!
