Tis the season for a little self reflection…

I don’t know about you, but I always find myself stepping back and taking a good look at my life at this time of year. Reviewing the past year (mostly ups with a few downs) and getting ready for the new year.

One of the areas I always take a good hard look at is my work. I ask myself “why do I do what i’m doing?”… sometimes it is super clear and sometimes I need to dig a bit to find it. If I can’t find a compelling enough “why” for the work I do it is usually time for me to make a change.
