I greatly enjoy the flexibility of working from home. I've been a bit too 'addicted' to the computer over the past year and totally vanished from the face of the earth, as friends would say.

I didn't feel lonely, though, I was just learning all about online business and building my business, but I neglected myself a bit. Now I'm back into an exercise routine and make a point of visiting friends at least once a week.

I like being alone and having the time and peace to dive into learning or creating something new, but it does make me a bit into a hermit, lol. Trouble is that I was just snacking and not exercising, so things got really out of hand. I feel so much better with some self care time now and am actually more productive.

I rarely leave the house for fun stuff, but I do run a lot of errands and pick up/drop off son for school and sporting events. I have two teenagers so they don't really require a lot of my 'time' per se, but they do have a lot of stuff going on.

We moved from a pretty active neighborhood to a very rural one and I don't get out nearly as often. I used to go to Pilates twice a week and bellydancing twice a week and now...nothing. I'm still looking for something that's fun but not an hour's drive - not easy lol.

It's a good thing that I enjoy being at home by myself. I have friends to call and then there's Twitter so I feel like I'm in a crowded mall all the time with conversations to listen in on.
