Hi Tina, great post. Speaking up has never been a problem for me!
In my first job, at age 15, I was very fortunate to work for a small company who loved having me come up with creative ideas and they’d let me implement them (good OBM training)! I never knew any other way.
I’ll tell you a secret: I give an opinion to a potential client right away to see their reaction. If they ask for more, I know they’re an ideal client!
