		<description>Andrea, YOU ROCK!!!  Thanks a ton for this information.  I have been teetering on the line of VA and OBM for the last few months.  As I read your post, I realized that I have the heart and soul of an OBM. 

The simple ways you listed really resonated with me.  It feels like I do all of them, but maybe not with as much consciousness as was needed.  Now as I interact with my clients, I find myself going over your list in my mind and making sure that I am producing as much value as possible for them.  

The results have been fabulous.  I can hear my clients singing...  : )
