Tis true… I actually haven’t had my own coach since 2002.
Almost hypocritical considering that i’ve been working in the coaching industry for almost 6 years now. And totally believe in the power of coaching.

So I did my first ever triathlon this weekend… and I enjoyed it! Go figure.

Here’s another one to file under “Lessons Learned the Hard Way”.
So last week one of our hosting providers had their servers hacked. It was one of those “pesky” hacks where they switch all the index.html files to say “DEFACED BY LINUX” or something like that. So your homepages come up as such. Easily fixed by [...]
