The bulk of the recruitment process will be carried out in January 2012 by Tina Forsyth on behalf of Kendall SummerHawk.

Project Manager

The key objective of the Project Manager is to ensure that "stuff gets done" on time and to the high-standards of a fast-growing, multi 7-figure business. You are responsible for managing all projects and day-to-day activities of a very busy team and take pride in seeing projects through to completion, on time, accurately and in keeping with the company's branding, content quality and customer service standards.

Although the priority of this role is project management, the Project Manager will also be expected to act as a "doer" on a daily basis, helping to meet all deadlines and to also function as a backup to other team members where required. The role is approx. 50% managing and 50% doing.

Specific Responsibilities:

The Ideal Person for this role:

Commitment: This is a full-time, dedicated role (40 hours/week) requiring a long-term commitment with availability Monday to Friday during regular business hours (8am to 5pm pacific.) The successful applicant will start as a contractor for the company, and will become an employee after the initial 90-day trial period. Work on evenings and weekends will be required from time-to-time in order to meet deadlines, but is not expected as a standard for this role.

This is a virtually based position that requires you to have the equipment and capability to work from your own home office.

Note: Due to the nature of the position and the commitment required we are looking to hire an individual for this role vs. hiring a multi-person team.

Compensation: This position is starting at $4500 - $5000/month with the opportunity for an increase in pay after the initial 90-day period.

Anticipated start date is February 1, 2012.

Technical Assistant

The key objective of the Technical Assistant is to be an implementer; to apply your expertise and knowledge of various online systems in completing various tasks within a fast-growing, multi 7-figure business. You are responsible for completing all tasks that are assigned to you (project and ongoing tasks) in a timely manner and with a high level of accuracy.

Specific Responsibilities:
The Ideal Person for this role:

Commitment: This is an ongoing contract position requiring a commitment of 25 hours/ week with availability Monday to Friday during regular business hours (8am to 5pm pacific.) Work on evenings and weekends will be required from time-to-time in order to meet deadlines, but is not expected as a standard for this role. Note that over time this role may develop into full-time work for the right candidate.

This is a virtually based position that requires you to have the equipment and capability to work from your own home office.

Due to the nature of the position and the commitment required we are looking to hire an individual for this role vs. hiring a multi-person team.

Compensation: This position is paying $35/hour on contract with a retainer of 25 hours/week.

Anticipated start date is February 1, 2012.

Content Creation Assistant

The key objective of the Content Creation Assistant is to support the busy business owner in the creation of new training program content, articles, handouts and more. You are responsible for taking new ideas and drafting detailed, step by step training materials, including course content, exercises, scripts, checklists, templates, course titles and accompanying articles that highlight the training programs. Additionally, you are responsible for coordinating the creation of these training programs and take pride in seeing these projects through to completion, on time, accurately and in keeping with the company's branding, content quality and customer service standards.

Specific Responsibilities:
The Ideal Person for this role:

Commitment: This is a full-time, dedicated role (40 hours/week) requiring a long-term commitment with availability Monday to Friday during regular business hours (8am to 5pm pacific.) The successful applicant will start as a contractor for the company, and will become an employee after the initial 90-day trial period. Work on evenings and weekends will be required from time-to-time in order to meet deadlines, but is not expected as a standard for this role.
